حول رواية «الرجل المـُحطَّم» يقول الكاتب إنه كتب روايته عن الفساد، هذه الجائحة التي انتشرت وأصبحت أمراً عادياً ومبتذلاً، في البلاد الواقعة في جنوب الكرة الأرضية (حيث تجرى أحداث روايته في المغرب المعاصر)، كما في تلك التي تقع في شمالها؛ أي أن النفس البشرية، عندما يضنيها البؤس، تستسلم للنزوات.

من يستطيع أن يشارك؟

المسابقة مفتوحة لكل الأعمار بدءًا من 16 عامًا.

ماذا أكتب؟ 

اكتب مقالاً عن أي جانب من جوانب الرواية كان له تأثير عليك كقارئ (شخصيات الرواية - الحبكة - موضوعات تتطرق لها الرواية - تحليل نقدي – مقارنات – الرموز التي يمكن أن تشير إليها الرواية، إلخ)، ويمكنك كتابة المقال باللغة العربية أو الإنجليزية أو الفرنسية.

من حق كل متسابق أن يشارك بمقال واحد لا أكثر.

كيف أكتب؟

اكتب ما لا يقل عن 4 صفحات وما لا يزيد عن 8 صفحات، مستخدما خط Simplified Arabic مقاس 14 نقطة (للنصوص العربية)، أو خط
Times New Roman مقاس 12 نقطة (للنصوص الإنجليزية والفرنسية)، مع ترك مسافة مزدوجة بين السطور، وضبط جميع الهوامش بحيث يكون عرضها 5,2 سم، ووضع أرقام الصفحات في الهامش العلوي.

اكتب المقال بأسلوبك الخاص، فإذا كنت ستستعين ببعض المراجع، فاحرص على ذكر مصادرك في شكل هوامش في نهاية المقال، مبينًا عنوان كل مرجع ومؤلفه والناشر وتاريخ النشر وأرقام الصفحات؛ وذلك تفاديًا لاستبعاد مقالك للاشتباه في السرقة العلمية.

   في حالة عدم توافر الشروط يحق للجنة التحكيم رفض العمل المقدم.

كيف أُسَلِّم المقال؟

 ثم إرسال نسخة إلكترونية للمقال (ملف وورد) إلى mainlibrary.contests@bibalex.org من خلال بريدكم الإلكتروني الشخصي (على أن يكون نفس البريد الإلكتروني الذي قمتم بتسجيله في استمارة الاشتراك).

آخر موعد لإرسال المقال؟

آخر موعد لإرسال المقال هو الأحد الموافق 31 أغسطس 2014.

ماذا عن الجوائز؟

بالنسبة للمشاركين باللغة العربية، سوف تخصص ثلاث جوائز للمراكز الثلاثة الأولى، كما ستحصل المراكز العشرة الأولى على شهادات تقدير،
أما بالنسبة للمشاركين باللغات الإنجليزية والفرنسية، فسوف تخصص جائزة واحدة للمركز الأول، كما ستحصل المراكز الخمسة الأولى على شهادات تقدير،           وفي حالة فوز أي مشارك من خارج مصر، سيحصل على شهادة تقدير تُرسل إليه عن طريق البريد.

وسيتم الإعلان عن النتيجة في الحفل الختامي لبرنامج «القراءة الكبرى بمكتبة الإسكندرية» خلال شهر سبتمبر 2014، كما أن جميع المقالات المقبولة في المسابقة سيتم نشرها من خلال المدونة الإلكترونية الخاصة بالمسابقة، على الرابط التالي:

Corruption

About the novel “Corruption”, the author states that he wrote this novel about corruption, the pandemic that has spread and become common and ordinary in the countries located in the world’s southern hemisphere (since the novel’s events take place in Morocco), as in those that are located in the north. Which is to say that the human soul, when imbued with misery, gives in to its whims".

Who can participate?

Everybody from age 16 and above.

What should I write?

Write an essay on any aspect of the novel that captured your attention (characterization, plot, themes, critical analysis, symbolism, narratology, etc.). You can write your essay in English, Arabic or in French. Each participant is allowed to submit only one essay.

How should I write?

Write not less than 4 pages (A4-size) and not more than 8 pages, using 12 pt
Times New Roman font (for English and French essays) or 14 pt Simplified Arabic font (for Arabic essays), with double line spacing. Set the margins of your document to 2.5 cm on all sides. Create a header that numbers all pages consecutively.

You should write in your own words. If you use any references, you have to mention them as an endnote (including title, author, publisher, publication date, and
page number). This is to avoid any hint of plagiarism which can exclude your essay from the contest.

In case the above terms are not met, the contest panel has the right to reject the submitted work.

From now until Sunday, 31 August 2014.

What can I win?

For participants contributing in English and French, there will be one prize for the first winner and five certificates for the first five winners. For those participating in Arabic, there will be three prizes for the first three winners, in addition to ten certificates for the first ten winners. Winners from abroad will receive a certificate by mail.

The winners will be announced at the closing ceremony of the Big Read @ Bibliotheca Alexandrina which will take place in September 2014. All eligible works will be published on the blog of the contest:

À propos du roman « L’homme rompu », l'auteur dit qu’il a écrit ce roman sur la corruption, la pandémie qui s'est propagée et qui est devenue commune et ordinaire dans les pays situés dans l'hémisphère sud de la planète (puisque les événements du roman se déroulent au Maroc), comme dans ceux qui sont situés dans le nord : l'âme humaine, empreint de misère, cède aux caprices.

Qui a le droit de participer ?

Tout le monde à partir de 16 ans.

Qu’est ce que je dois écrire?

Rédigez un essai portant sur l’un des aspects du roman qui a attiré votre attention, entre autres les personnages, l'intrigue, les thèmes, l'analyse critique, le symbolisme, la narratologie. Vous pouvez composer votre texte en anglais, en arabe ou en français. Chaque participant est autorisé à présenter un seul essai.

Comment dois-je présenter mon essai ?

Vous êtes priés de présenter un essai de 4 pages au minimum et 8 pages au maximum (format A4). Vous devriez utiliser la police Times New Roman de 12 points (pour les essais anglais et français) et la police Simplified Arabic de 14 points (pour les essais arabes), tout en gardant une double interligne et une marge de 2,5 cm. Vous devriez aussi créer un entête indiquant la pagination de votre essai.

Vous devriez écrire dans vos propres mots. Si jamais vous aurez recours à des références, vous devriez les citer comme note en bas de page (y compris le titre, auteur, éditeur, date de publication, et le numéro de la page). Ceci afin d'éviter tout soupçon de plagiat qui peut exclure votre essai du concours.

Au cas où les conditions ci-dessus ne sont pas respectées, le jury du concours a le droit d'exclure le travail présenté.

Comment dois-je remettre mon essai ?

Tout d’abord, vous allez remplir le formulaire d’inscription via le lien ci-dessous : http://goo.gl/0dhNFZ. Ensuite, vous allez envoyer votre essai à mainlibrary.contests@bibalex.org. Prière d’envoyer l’essai en utilisant le même courriel que vous avez mentionné dans le formulaire d’inscription.

Quand dois-je remettre mon essai ?

Dès maintenant jusqu'au dimanche 31 août 2014.

Qu’est ce que je gagnerais ?

En ce qui concerne les participants de langue française ou anglaise, il y aura un prix pour le premier lauréat ainsi que cinq certificats pour les cinq premiers gagnants. Quant aux participants de langue arabe, il y aura trois prix pour les trois premiers lauréats ainsi que dix certificats pour les dix premiers lauréats. Les lauréats résidents à l'étranger recevront un certificat par courrier. Les lauréats seront annoncés lors de la cérémonie de clôture de la Grande Lecture à la Bibliotheca Alexandrina en septembre 2014.
